Terms & conditions
The whole programme, in plain terms.
- A referral counts once the person you referred signs an agreement with YV Homes. Enquiries, site visits and quotations do not qualify on their own.
- Rewards are ₹10,000 for a house construction project and ₹3,000 for an interior project, per referral.
- Refer 3 or more people who sign in the same calendar year and you receive an additional ₹5,000 bonus.
- There is no cap on how many people you may refer, or on what you can earn in total.
- The person you refer must be new to YV Homes, not an existing customer, and not already in touch with us through another enquiry or another referrer. Where two people refer the same person, the earlier submission stands.
- You may not refer yourself, or submit your own alternate number.
- Please tell the person you are referring that you are sharing their number with us. We will only call them about building; we will not add them to marketing lists.
- Rewards are paid within 7 days of the agreement being signed, by bank transfer to the referrer, against the mobile number submitted on this form. Any tax deductible at source is deducted as required by law.
- If the referred project is cancelled before work begins, the reward may be withheld or recovered.
- YV Homes may change or withdraw this programme at any time. Referrals already submitted are honoured on the terms in force when they were submitted.
