Five bedrooms on a 20x40 plot
The family owned a 20 x 40 site at Singapura and needed five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. On a footprint that size the only way to get there is to go up, so the house was planned as G + 3 with the staircase and services held to one side to keep every floor plate usable.
