  • All government related works are in client scope. Complete assistance shall be provided from the company side for the government approvals and connections.
  • Temporary Power & Water for the house construction to be provided by the client.
  • Anti-Termite treatment shall be done as per IS standards.
  • Labour shed shall be constructed and space for the same shall be provided by the client.
  • Any equipment’s or machineries or fixtures like sump pump, solar panels and tanks, geyser, bulbs are not part of this package.
  • If there is constraints in material delivery or stocking place and materials to be order in small quantities, the additional charges for the same shall be charged on actuals.
  • Price Guard: Your quoted price is secured for 1 months from the date of this quotation.
  • After this quotation has expired, a new quotation will be provided based on prevailing market rates.
  • No of Toilets considered is limited to 2 Nos & Kitchen/Utility is 1 No per 1000 Sqft.
  • The pricing and specifications are calculated for a single unit dwelling for a built up area of 1,000 sqft per floor
  • Buying new earth/sending existing earth for excavation/backfilling purpose shall be charged on actuals.
  • The compound wall and gate is not included. It shall be charged at Rs.1,600/- per Rft.
  • Compound Wall – Built with 4″ blockwork with plastering & painting to match the elevation for 5 Feet Height
  • Any work outside the site for the connection of Electricity and Sewage lines is not included; such works shall be charged additionally.
  • The site and road are assumed to be on the same level for the costing.
  • Rates are quoted assuming natural earth in excavation. If any concrete structure, stone, rock slush or any other obstacle during the excavation which may require additional effort to dismantle or handle, would be charge on actuals.
